When we take steps toward building a strong early childhood workforce we are also investing in the resilience of our communities and, most importantly, our children. Your donation to The B. H. Rowland Foundation goes toward building the confidence and competence of early childhood educators by providing funds to cover the cost of needed classroom materials, professional growth and development offerings, as well as opportunities to be rewarded for innovation in instruction and commitment to their children and families. While we are small in number as a new 501c3 organization, we have big goals for supporting early childhood educators!
